Q3: What type of fiber optic patch cord is used for this 200G SR4 transceiver?A3: It uses a Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF) patch cable with an MPO-12 (UPC) connector. the fibers with Duplex LC connector can not be used. they mismatch.

Q4: Can I use the Arista QSFP-200G-SR4 in a standard 100G QSFP28 port?A4: No. The 100G QSFP28  port does not support the 200G transceiver.their pulse modulation ways are different. 100G SR4 module uses 25G NRZ electrical lanes, that is not compatible with  the 50G PAM4 signals used by this 200G QSFP56 transceiver.
