Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser for as long as they own the product and the product remains within its serviceable lifetime.
2. Our Resolution Process
If a product is determined to be defective by HYTOPTODEVICE, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following:
●Repair or Replacement:Using new or functionally equivalent serviceable used parts.
●Credit or Refund:Calculated at either the original purchase price or the current fair market value (whichever is lower).
●Customer pay the return cost of shipping and duties.
3. Lifetime Technical Support
Beyond the hardware warranty, HYTOPTODEVICE provides complimentary lifetime technical support to our original purchasers to assist with installation, troubleshooting, and configuration.

What is Not Covered?

  To maintain the integrity of our service, this warranty policy covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship. This policydoes notcover:

●Out-of-Spec Operation:Use in systems operating outside of the manufacturer’s published settings.
●Out-of-Warranty Service:If a product fails due to any of the reasons above, we may offer repair services at a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement unit. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and duties.

How to Make a Claim

3.Inform us a detailed fault description.
4.Quality problems(A small number of products damaged)

● SN of the problem products(Easy for the engineer to check the code of corresponding product, find the solution to the problems)
● The specific information read out when the module is plugged in the device (Easy for the engineers to analyze the problem, then propose the solutions)HYTOPTODEVICE reserves the right to determine the final status of any warranty claim and to substitute functionally equivalent parts during the repair or replacement process.
