To maintain the integrity of our service, this warranty policy covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship. This policydoes notcover:
●Improper Handling:Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation/operation.
●Environmental Factors:Problems with electrical power, acts of nature, or usage outside of product instructions.
●External Repairs:Any modifications or repairs made by anyone other than HYTOPTODEVICE or an authorized service provider.
●Normal Wear Tear:Accidental damage, negligence over time, or the natural breakdown of colors/materials through extended use.
●Out-of-Spec Operation:Use in systems operating outside of the manufacturer’s published settings.
●Out-of-Warranty Service:If a product fails due to any of the reasons above, we may offer repair services at a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement unit. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and duties.
